State Library historical resources on Ku-ring-gai

The aim of the Ku-ring-gai Historical Society is to collect, preserve and disseminate information relating to the history of the Municipality of Ku-ring-gai.

The society's collection is housed in the former Gordon Public School next to Gordon Library.  Guest speakers, often local residents, are invited to address monthly meetings held in the Libraries meeting rooms.  Recent subjects covered include The Crown Ridge Estate, Lindfield; The Archbolds of Roseville; the Photographic Records of Ku-ring-gai and the Interaction of Natural and Cultural Heritage in Ku-ring-gai.
